The Function Of The Rotary Drum Precision Filter
The rotary drum type precision filter is installed obliquely in the water tank or steel box, and the sewage flows in from the front end of the sieve basket and is filtered by the sieve. The suspended solids in the sewage are intercepted and covered on the screen, and the fine solids in the sewage can be further filtered by covering the screen and filter residue. As the filter residue on the surface of the filter becomes thicker and thicker, the filtration speed will slow down and the water level in front of the filter basket will rise.
When the water level difference before and after the screen basket reaches the set value, the reducer drives the screen basket to rotate, and the filter residue is thrown into the hopper in the center of the screen basket with the rotation of the screen basket. Brushes and nozzles mounted on the outside of the screen basket automatically clean the screen basket as it rotates. The filter residue in the hopper is conveyed and compressed by the screw, and then compressed and sent to the garbage bin. The solid content of the filter residue after pressure filtration can reach about 40%.

Principle Of The Device
XGRF type rotary precision filter is a filter device for removing suspended solids. The device consists of the main body module of the equipment, the core filter module, the backwash system, the drive system, and the automatic control system. The drum is equipped with a filter screen that can be easily disassembled.
The equipment is continuous filtration, and there is an automatic on-off switch inside the equipment. When water enters the drum, the liquid level sensor will send a signal, start the deceleration drive system to drive the drum to rotate, and start the backwash pump at the same time. Sewage flows into the hollow drum, and there is a high-strength stainless steel filter screen on the drum. The sewage flows out from the inside of the filter screen to the outside, and the suspended matter in the sewage water is trapped on the inside of the filter screen. The flushing water flushes the filter screen from the outside to the inside through the nozzle located at the top of the drum, and the washed fine particulate matter is collected by the backwash water collection tank inside the equipment and discharged from the equipment through the sewage pipe. When no water passes through the device, the device will automatically stop.
